BHI TRUST (hereafter referred to as BHI/the Estate) was placed in Provisional Sequestration by the High Court of South Africa on 25 October 2023.
This implies that the Sequestration Process, by law, is regulated by the procedures laid down in the Insolvency Act 24 of 1936 as amended.
